  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation Connecting LLMs to enterprise data sources to reduce hallucinations and improve accuracy. Experience building enterprise RAG-powered chatbots for support and knowledge use cases.

  • API & tool integration Giving AI agents "hands" by connecting them to enterprise systems like Salesforce, Slack, and Databricks via REST APIs.

  • AI implementation Experience with the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI search and discovery platforms.
  • Context engineering & advanced reasoning Moving beyond basic prompts into techniques like Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thoughts, and few-shot prompting.
  • AI governance Deeply knowledgeable of the AI development lifecycle: data privacy, access controls so models don't surface restricted data to unauthorized users, and evaluating outputs for safety and compliance.

Software Engineering Foundations

  • Programming languages Deep proficiency in Python, with working experience in Java and TypeScript for enterprise backend integration.
  • CI/CD & MLOps Version control with Git and PR-driven workflows, model and agent monitoring with tools like LangSmith, and deploying solutions through automated pipelines.
